Lyra Beauty Care Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Preparation Time (By Collection)

Our processing time varies by product collection, as each line features different craftsmanship and production modes. Please review the timelines below carefully before placing your order:

l Artisan Collection (Master Handcrafted): This luxury line is fully handmade by senior nail masters. 30 days of pre-order reservation is required in advance, and no expedited preparation is available for this collection.

l Vogue Collection (Professional Manicurist Handmade): Crafted by skilled professional manicurists, this collection requires 15 days of preparation time after order confirmation.

l Chic Collection (Assembly Line Finished): Standard streamlined production, with 3-5 working days of preparation and shipment processing.

 

General note: For non-preorder, in-stock items (Chic Collection), routine quality control checks will be conducted prior to shipment to ensure flawless condition. During peak demand or stock shortages, processing time may be slightly extended.

 


 

2. Shipping Costs and Methods

We implement a tiered standard shipping policy, as detailed below:

l Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping is available for orders totaling 79 USD or more. For orders under 79 USD, a shared shipping model applies — customers are required to pay a flat 8 USD shipping fee.

l Express Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available for selection at checkout with additional applicable fees, and this upgrade is not subject to the tiered free shipping threshold.

 

Shipping Transit Times (Excludes Processing/Preparation Time):

l A. Standard Shipping: 5-15 business days (average 7 business days)

l B. Express Shipping: 2-7 business days (average 5 business days)

 

Total Delivery Time = Product Preparation/Processing Time + Shipping Transit Time

 


 

3. General Shipping Rules

For in-stock Chic Collection items, we will process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed — holiday seasons or carrier delays may extend transit times.

Shipping services, rates and estimated timelines are subject to change without prior notice.

 


 

4. Preorder Details (Artisan & Vogue Collections)

l We provide an estimated shipping window for all preorder items, but an exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed due to the handcrafted nature of the products.

l Full payment will be charged at the time of preorder placement.

l If your order includes both in-stock (Chic Collection) and preorder items, your entire order will be shipped in one package once all preorder products are ready.

 


 

5. Order Change & Cancellation

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes or cancellations only if your order has not yet entered the shipping/fulfillment process. Once production or shipment has started, adjustments may be restricted.

 


 

6. Lost Package Policy

Once we hand your package over to the shipping carrier, the final delivery is managed by the carrier team, and certain circumstances are outside our control. You are responsible for tracking your package and arranging for successful delivery.

l All claims for lost packages must be filed within 21 days of the order being marked as shipped.

l If tracking indicates the package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact our team immediately with full order details — we will assist you with filing an insurance claim.

 


 

7. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China. Once your parcel arrives in your destination country, it will be delivered by the local postal/carrier service.

 


 

8. Order Tracking

You can track your order status and transit details directly via the shop app or the official tracking link provided after shipment.

 


 

9. Delivery Restrictions

We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts caused by customer negligence, including but not limited to incorrect shipping address, wrong contact number, or invalid consignee name. Refunds will not be approved for delivery failures due to inaccurate customer-provided information.

If you notice errors in your order details, contact our team immediately with your order number and corrected information to resolve the issue promptly.

 


 

10. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

All shipments are sent as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees imposed by your destination country will be the sole responsibility of the customer, especially for orders shipped via Express shipping.

If you refuse a parcel due to unpaid import duties or taxes, you will be liable for all return shipping costs, customs charges and related handling fees.

Per international customs regulations, we cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list a value lower than the actual product price.

 


 

11. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package, missing items, or suspect potential damage during transit, you must complete the following steps within 2 business days:

l Clearly note the damage/issue on the delivery receipt before signing for the package.

l Contact our customer service team immediately to report the problem.

l Retain all original damaged packaging materials for inspection purposes.

l Provide clear photos of the damaged items and outer packaging for verification.
