30 Days Return Warranty
We uphold strict quality control standards to ensure all products are shipped in perfect condition. Defective merchandise is eligible for free exchange within 30 days of you receiving your order.
If you wish to return items for a refund due to other non-quality reasons, return shipping costs must be covered by you. Please contact our customer service team to obtain a authorized return approval and the correct return address first. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Qualifying Returns/Exchanges (Our Error)
Returns or exchanges are permitted if we shipped the wrong item, or you received damaged/defective products.
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping fees are covered by Lyra Beauty Care for this scenario.
2. Returns/Exchanges (Customer Error)
Exchanges or refunds are allowed if you selected the wrong size, wrong color, or wrong style by mistake. However, the customer is responsible for both round-trip shipping fees.
- Returns are only accepted after customer service authorizes the return and provides the designated shipping address.
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned package; customers must provide valid tracking information for the return shipment.
- Returns must be sent via standard post or registered mail only.
- Any applicable taxes or customs duties associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Full Refunds
We offer full refunds for items confirmed to be faulty or damaged due to our error (e.g., manufacturing defects, wrong items shipped, damaged during our packaging process).
Refunds are not available for damage caused by third-party shipping carriers or customer misuse/negligence. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds (20%-60% of the total payment) will be processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. The deducted amount covers the original outbound shipping costs we incurred.
To start a partial refund request, you must first contact our Customer Service team for approval and guidance.
Canceling Orders (Before Shipment)
- Orders canceled within 12 hours of purchase qualify for a full refund.
- Orders canceled after 12 hours will be refunded minus a $3 processing fee per item.
Exchanging Orders (Before Shipment)
- Order exchanges requested within 12 hours of purchase are free of charge.
- Order exchanges requested after 12 hours are permitted, but customers must pay a $3 handling fee per item.
